I’ve been using the Strong White Bread Flour to make sourdough loaves and pizza dough. I’m absolutely loving this flour. Lovely flavours, produces a light and airy bake, and for Neapolitan style pizzas I’ve made some of my best dough ever with this flour. I’ve just subscribed to a regular delivery.
