Excellent product

A bargain price for great flour. I made a Puzza loaf in my Panasonic breadmaker and it was fantastic. The bread had an excellent crumb and not dry at all. It rose well and didn’t sink keeping s good shape

Really great results with the white flour

I made a loaf in the bread machine with Risen white flour. The results were really excellent. It rose well even on the short timer. So basically really pleased.

Amazing flour!!

Back during the first COVID lockdown I came across this company on eBay. I was so excited when I finally found their product again online. This is the easiest flour I've ever worked with, hydrates well, malleable, forms a great crust and tastes delicious. Super indeed!!

Wonderful!

I wanted to give the flour a good go before leaving a review and 3 loaves and 4 pizzas in, I can confidently say this is a great flour.

The loaves are all sourdough and have been different hydrations and methods and all have worked really well. I managed to get better tension than I had previously, great hydration of the flour and the strongest windowpane test to date both from low touch hand mixing and machine mixes.

I also tried some yeasted and discard pizza doughs using a fully kneaded technique and these produced probably the fluffiest crusts I've had so far. I'd absolutely recommend this flour and can't wait to try the others in the range.
