UFO Bread Journey Lame

This lame’s handy round design gives bakers close proximity to the dough, offering precise control.  The blade is stored inside two engraved wooden discs and is compact and easy to use.  Featured on Channel 4’s Great British Bake Off (series 3), this small but mighty lame feels like a natural extension of the hand.

Made from American black walnut wood and includes one Astra Platinum-coated double edge razor blade.
